This prestigious 12-month leadership initiative honors Senator John McCain’s legacy, offering participants a unique opportunity to enhance their leadership skills through:

1. In-person events: Engage in three dynamic events held in Annapolis, Maryland; Washington, D.C.; and Vietnam.
2. Online curriculum: Participate in expert-led virtual programming and interactive learning.
3. Global collaboration: Build connections with peers and mentors while addressing critical themes of democracy and human rights.

Eligibility For The Application

This program is open to applicants from all nations working in any field who meet these eligibility criteria:

1. Experience: Mid-to-senior career professionals with at least five years of experience.
2. Leadership Roles: Actively involved in advancing democracy and human rights in leadership positions.
3. Age Range: Open to individuals aged 25–45, though no specific age requirement exists.
4. English Proficiency: Must be fluent in English.
5. Commitment: Willing to participate in virtual engagements, in-person events, and post-program activities.
