Job Overview – Legal Associate (Corporate & Governance)
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Associate to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This role requires an experienced professional who will ensure corporate compliance, manage governance standards, and provide strategic legal guidance to support business growth while minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
✔ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
