Job Overview – Real Estate Valuer (Quality Control)
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Valuer (Quality Control) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting property and machinery valuations, preparing accurate valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will help maintain the company’s reputation for high-quality valuation services.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Conduct valuations for land, buildings, and plant machinery
🔹 Prepare, review, and defend detailed valuation reports
🔹 Ensure all reports are error-free, accurate, and compliant with industry standards
🔹 Implement quality control measures to enhance report reliability
🔹 Maintain high professional and ethical standards
Required Skills & Competencies
✅ Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and valuation standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
